Wade has been serving as a director of investment funds for more than 15 years and has worked with many of the industry’s leading investment managers. He provides counsel and guidance on complex issues related to investment funds.

Having held senior positions earlier in his career in investment management, fund administration and accounting, Wade is well placed to guide managers on best practice for all aspects of fund governance.

Prior to co-founding Calderwood, Wade served as an Executive Director of DMS Governance where he oversaw a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients and managed a team of fund governance professionals. Prior to that, he worked with BlueBay Asset Management in London, one of the largest independent managers of fixed income credit funds in Europe. Wade was also Senior Team Manager at Admiral Administration, managing a portfolio of hedge fund clients and he began his career in public accounting with KPMG.

Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree from University of Saskatchewan and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada. He is an Accredited Director of the Chartered Secretaries of Canada. He is also a Registered Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
